Throughout the year, our team works to minister to the oceanfront community. With four quarterly events, we aim to provide children's clothing, food, school supplies, hygiene products, and toys for Christmas.
Ultimately, our hope is that we can show people the love of God by presenting the greatest gift of all: salvation through His Son Jesus.
If you are hurting and in need, our team works to minister to those who are hurting and to bless the brokenhearted.
The Beach Bucket exists to show people the love of God.
Founded in 2014, after hearing the Lord's call to help others, the Beach Bucket works with local ministries to provide food for the homeless. As a Partner In Education, we are connected with the families staying in the local hotels, and work to help keep their lives in perfect rhythm to help their children finish the school year in one location.
We offer bi-lingual services that can assist Hispanic and Latino families working to provide for their loved ones. Each of our events are staffed with volunteers available to communicate to anyone in need of goods and services.
All of our ministry goods come from donations. We are thankful for each of the faithful individuals who share our desire to help this community and bless those who are in need.
Our biggest event of the of the year is by far the back to school giveaway, which consists of diapers, food, clothing, and school supplies. The above picture shows some of the people we were able to bless with free gifts.
Our burgeoning partnership with the Knights of Columbus, Operation Blessing, Judeo Christian Outreach Center, Diaper Bank of Hampton Roads, Local Food pantries, and PiN Ministry have been a great blessing to our ministry, and will continue to help us minister to the oceanfront community.
"You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. Of all the many people that help make the bucket a success, Myra (Pictured on the left) is the glue that keep the engine running. We are thankful for her leadership and devotion to God in following His leading.
She is an anointed networker who is constantly finding new people who either feel a desire to help or are inspired by the miracles God has been able to accomplish through her incredible faith.
Her humility has opened numerous doors for God's glory and we appreciate everything she brings to this incredible work.
